Return Process

Please examine your order immediately upon delivery to ensure all perishable items are in perfect condition and the temperature is maintained.
- 2.Contact Our Butchers
If you notice any issues with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt via phone or email with your order number and details.
- 3.Provide Photographic Evidence
To help us maintain our quality standards, please provide clear photographs of the product and its packaging if you are reporting damage or quality concerns.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
