Another family favourite! And justifiably so....

We use only top quality lamb mince, from the highly-regarded “Suffolk Cross” breed. This is gently simmered in red wine with a variety of vegetables, fragrant rosemary and cooked until tender. This is then finished with a crust of mashed potato.
